All storage units are located inside the building.
Of course! Our team is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and will be happy to show you the available units.
You have access to your storage unit 24/7, all year round.
The premium zone is a dedicated area within the facility with controlled temperature and humidity. It is ideal for storing sensitive items such as documents or electronics.
Storage units are not equipped with padlocks. Please bring your own for your first visit. If you don’t have one, you can purchase it at our office (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM).
Yes — the entire rental process can be completed online, without visiting the office. Simply choose a unit, fill out the rental form, accept the required agreements, and make the payment.
You can also rent a unit in person at our office.
You can extend your agreement online via your account at octowa.sprytki.pl, by email, or at our office.
To terminate the agreement, please contact our team. A one-month notice period applies.
The minimum rental period is 1 month.
Yes, you can rent any number of units, depending on availability.
Items that cannot be stored in the units include:<br>
– perishable goods;<br>
– explosives, weapons, ammunition, as well as military or police equipment and technologies;<br>
– animals, including dead animals and carcasses;<br>
– flammable, toxic, or radioactive materials, including natural gas, gasoline, oils, fuels, and flammable chemicals;<br>
– chemical substances,<br>
– items whose possession is prohibited by law;<br>
– items exceeding 300 kg per m² of unit floor area.
We also offer:<br>
-padlocks for purchase,<br>
-ladder rental,<br>
-pallet truck rental,<br>
-storage insurance.
No need to carry heavy items! A platform trolley is available on-site, and you can also rent a pallet truck if needed.
The facility is equipped with a sectional gate for convenient access and unloading. Please note that vehicle access inside the facility is not permitted.
Storage units do not have access to electricity.
